Hi beautiful people, Welcome back to another video on how to Grow and Define your BOOTY and LEGS. I filmed a full workout, and I am so excited to kick 2020 off with some workout motivation – and I’m so happy you’re joining me.

 

THE WORKOUT:

GLUTE ACTIVATION SUPERSET:

2 x 10-20/each exercise (Bands Optional)

Standing Kickbacks
Squats
Kneeling Kickbacks

BARBELL HIP THRUSTS: 4 x 12

DB SINGLE LEG HIP THRUSTS: 3 x 6-8/each leg

ALTERNATING ELEVATED REVERSE LUNGES: 3 x 10/each leg

DB SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT: 3 x 10-12/each leg

DB ELEVATED GOBLET SQUAT: 3 x 12-15

CABLE/GLUTE KICKBACKS: 3 x 15/each leg
